There
are three helpful office staff to assist the administration

Business
Manager
Marie McAloon is the school business manager.
Her role includes the following responsibilities:
- Manage the financial resources of Stawell Secondary College, including the facilitation of all accounting and budgetary processes and the provision of advice on opportunities for revenue generation.
- Prepare regular financial statements and contribute to the financial decision making of School Council.
- Provide reports to Curriculum Budget Co-ordinators outlining expenditure against budgets.
- Maintain personnel functions of the school, including maintenance of personnel records, leave details and payroll functions (for both centrally paid and locally paid staff.
- Maintain the school’s Asset Register, allowing for new acquisitions, and disposal of assets.
- Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support duties for the School Council, principal and staff, including preparation of School Council agenda and minutes, relevant reports, correspondence, newsletters and other material.
